Location: Claygate and Guildford Spectrum

Coach trip to Brighton Pavilion followed by afternoon tea served by Cowfold WI.

Coach will pick-up first from Claygate – Hare Lane Car Park at 10am and then drive on to the Guildford Spectrum for pick-up at 10:30am.

The coach will be a 57 seater and will include 2 coach monitors (Claygate & Guildford). ETA at Brighton Pavilion will be 11:45am.

Pavilion entry ticket includes a tour guide and the group will be split into 30 members per tour guide.

Departure from the Pavilion will be 3pm for arrival at Cowfold Village Hall at 3:45pm for afternoon tea.

Depart Cowfold at 4:45pm. Estimate time of arrival back at Guildford Spectrum will be 6pm and Claygate 6.30pm.

Cost of ticket is £46 per person.

1. Applications for tickets before the closing date cannot be guaranteed. Applications for tickets after the closing date may not be accepted. The office will email a confirmation that your application has been received.
2. If the event is oversubscribed at the closing date, then a ballot for tickets will take place and the applicant will be advised of the outcome.
3. PLEASE NOTE – It is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain a list of names of all those on whose behalf they are ordering tickets.
4. REMEMBER – Tickets may only be ordered if the applicant has paid the WI for them. WI funds cannot be used to cover the cost of tickets not required.
5. CANCELLATION – Tickets may be cancelled before the event closing date without charge, otherwise all tickets have to be paid for.
6. All tickets ordered online along with any other instructions and an invoice will be sent to the WI Treasurer for distribution after the closing date.
7. Non-members, where applicable, may order tickets by printing this completed form and sending it to the Federation HQ together with a cheque payable to ‘SFWI’ for the full amount of tickets ordered and a self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets and instructions. Individuals may also apply in this way.
8. REMINDER – Members are reminded that they take part in all events at their own risk.
