WHO’S WHO AT HQ

At our headquarters in Guildford, the office staff are Karen Whitehead (Federation Secretary), Shaaron Rogers (Bookkeeper), Ruth Bolton (Digital Administrator and SWIN Editor). They provide  administrative support to the Board of Trustees, service the committees and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The staff help the Chairman and Trustees to plan and organise the Annual Council and Autumn Federation meetings and SFWI events and workshops and ensure that all WIs are kept up to date by providing mailouts and downloads.

The office staff are also the interface between the Surrey Federation and the National Federation of WIs (NFWI), co-ordinating members’ attendance at events such as the NFWI’s Annual Meeting, and keeping members informed about national events, competitions, training opportunities etc.

They also help members with any enquiries over the phone and via email. The office is open from 8.00am-4.00pm on Monday to Friday.  Members can phone the office on 01483 233230 between 9.00am-1.00pm (or, outside of these hours, either leave a message, or email info@surreyfedwi.org.uk).
