This course is for anyone wanting to learn how to make delicious and professional chocolates. You will make a selection of truffles and filled chocolates and will take your beautifully crafted chocolates home with you (approximately 12 truffles and 20 filled chocolates).

You will start by learning how to make and flavour ganache that you will pipe into chocolate moulds. You’ll then cap off the chocolates to seal them. The next step is to temper the chocolate and use this to coat the truffles. You will roll your truffles in an outer decoration of your choice, and finally, release your filled chocolates from their moulds, decorating them using fine piping skills. You can then package your chocolates into beautiful gift presentation boxes to take home with you!
