Location: SFWI Office, 6 Paris, Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, GU2 9JX

A cheese workshop where you will make Mozzarella, a semi-soft Italian cheese & Halloumi, a popular Mediterranean cheese.
Both will be ready to eat straight away and will require no additional work.
Tutor, Louise Talbot, will also demonstrate Butter and Mascarpone.
A light lunch will be provided, tea and coffee will be available.
Ingredients, lunch and refreshments are included in the course fee.
Please bring three take-away sized containers so that you can take home your produce.
