Following the success of her Cheese Making Course in 2021, Louise Talbot is returning to Richard Challoner School for a full day to offer members the opportunity to make a different selection of cheeses.
On this course you will be making Camembert which you will take away with you to complete the final processes at home over the following week; you will also make Feta salad cheese which you will take home in brine. This will be ready to eat in 7 days. Then Louise will demonstrate 2 other cheeses, one of which, a Boursin spread, you will enjoy for your lunch on the day. All ingredients and the necessary equipment will be provided at no additional cost, but you will need to bring 2 leakproof containers to transport your cheeses home.
