Supper Quiz

The Annual SFWI Supper quiz is organised by the Event, Leisure & Fundraising sub-committee.

This event has been held for regularly for many years and is held in the Worplesdon Memorial Hall.

There is plenty of parking including many disabled spaces and doors open at 7pm for a prompt 7:30pm start.

There will be teams of eight per table. Please don’t worry if you cannot make up a team of 8 as you will be sat with others who will be in the same situation,

Non-WI members are welcome.

A ploughman’s style supper will be provided and will include a desert.

All dietary needs will have to be made known when booking a ticket.

Bring own drink and nibbles.

NO DRINKS are available including coffee/tea.

You must take your own rubbish home.

Enjoy an evening of fun, food and education.

There will be a raffle, please bring cash.

The maximum will be 18 tables of 8 in the hall (144 seated).

Cost of a ticket is £13.50.

1. Applications for tickets before the closing date cannot be guaranteed. Applications for tickets after the closing date may not be accepted. The office will email a confirmation that your application has been received.
2. If the event is oversubscribed at the closing date, then a ballot for tickets will take place and the applicant will be advised of the outcome.
3. PLEASE NOTE – It is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain a list of names of all those on whose behalf they are ordering tickets.
4. REMEMBER – Tickets may only be ordered if the applicant has paid the WI for them. WI funds cannot be used to cover the cost of tickets not required.
5. CANCELLATION – Tickets may be cancelled before the event closing date without charge, otherwise all tickets have to be paid for.
6. All tickets ordered online along with any other instructions and an invoice will be sent to the WI Treasurer for distribution after the closing date.
7. Non-members, where applicable, may order tickets by printing this completed form and sending it to the Federation HQ together with a cheque payable to ‘SFWI’ for the full amount of tickets ordered and a self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets and instructions. Individuals may also apply in this way.
8. REMINDER – Members are reminded that they take part in all events at their own risk.
