Following the popularity of the cheese making course in April, and along with requests from members, Louise Talbot is offering members the opportunity to make cheddar cheese. You will take home your cheese with full instructions on finishing it – it takes 5 months to mature so you will be enjoying it at around Easter-time next year! You will also have time to make a tasty “3 cheeses” bread on the day, tutored by Betty Dominy. This bread would be ideal for a special occasion.

All ingredients and the necessary equipment will be provided at no additional cost, but you will need to bring a container to transport your cheese home.

The cost per person is £55.00 and includes a ploughman-type lunch.  Please advise if you have any dietary requirements.
