Camembert and Feta Cheese Workshop

Date: Saturday 16 November

Time: 9.30am-3.30pm

Location: Richard Challenor School, Manor Drive North, New Malden, KT3 5PA

At our latest Louise Talbot cheese making course you will make a creamy French Camembert that you will take home with you to complete the final process. You’ll also make Feta salad cheese that you will take home in brine. Louise will also demonstrate two other cheeses including boursin blue cheese and a Baileys Irish Cream cheese.

A light lunch will be provided.
Teaand coffee will be available.
Ingredients, lunch and refreshmentsare included in the course fee of £55.
Please bring 2 take away size containers, which are leakproof to take home your cheese.

There is plenty of parking.
