This year’s Show theme for the SFWI is Make, Do, Mend. A modern take on the 20th Century National Policy for the rationing of new clothes during World War II. In 2024 we still believe in taking care of our precious resources, reusing materials wherever possible.

We hope you will be inspired by the themes and classes, which were chosen to be as inclusive and diverse as possible whilst still enabling members (and their friends and families where relevant) to showcase talent and creativity. Whether it is creative writing, art, craft, preserving or baking, we can’t wait to see what you have to share. Remember, every entry counts and your unique perspective is valued.
