Christmas coach trip to Greenwich

Last year’s trip was a great success and voted good value for money. So why not treat yourself this year?

The cost for each person is £57 and for that you get:
– The chance to visit the Christmas market;
– The services of a Blue Badge Guide;
– A river trip taking in the famous London skyline;
– A tour of the London Christmas lights;
– Dinner at the President Hotel.

Coaches will leave at 10am from
– Spectrum Guildford on Friday, 27 November.

The closing date is 25 October.

Priority for tickets will be given to members but if places are available after the closing date, friends and family will be invited to join us. It is recommend that you contact the office with your request. We have booked a 57 seater coach for this event.

1. Applications for tickets before the closing date cannot be guaranteed. Applications for tickets after the closing date may not be accepted. The office will email a confirmation that your application has been received.
2. If the event is oversubscribed at the closing date, then a ballot for tickets will take place and the applicant will be advised of the outcome.
3. PLEASE NOTE – It is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain a list of names of all those on whose behalf they are ordering tickets.
4. REMEMBER – Tickets may only be ordered if the applicant has paid the WI for them. WI funds cannot be used to cover the cost of tickets not required.
5. CANCELLATION – Tickets may be cancelled before the event closing date without charge, otherwise all tickets have to be paid for.
6. All tickets ordered online along with any other instructions and an invoice will be sent to the WI Treasurer for distribution after the closing date.
7. Non-members, where applicable, may order tickets by printing this completed form and sending it to the Federation HQ together with a cheque payable to ‘SFWI’ for the full amount of tickets ordered and a self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets and instructions. Individuals may also apply in this way.
8. REMINDER – Members are reminded that they take part in all events at their own risk.
