If you would be interested in attending and would like your name added to the waiting list, please complete the booking form. If there is enough interest it is possible that a further session will be set up in the future.
You will be making halloumi, mozzarella and butter during this session; all will be ready to eat straight away and will require no further work.
All ingredients and the necessary equipment will be provided at no additional cost.
You will need to bring 3 x ‘Chinese take away size containers’ to take your products home at the end on the session.
