Location: Brick Lane Music Hall, 443 North Woolwich Road, London.

Christmas coach trip to Brick Lane Music Hall.

Pick up from Banstead Library and Hare Lane car park, Claygate in a 59 seater coach.

This London trip starts with a 3 course lunch served at 1.00pm, followed by the show starting at 2.30 and finishing by 5.00pm.

You will then commence a tour of the London Christmas lights.

Estimated arrival back in Banstead / Claygate around 8.00pm.

Suitable for members with limited mobility.

Short walk from coach to entrance on flat surface i.e. very little walking.

Total cost of day out is £67.00, drinks are extra.

All dietary needs can be catered for so please indicate these when booking.

1. Applications for tickets before the closing date cannot be guaranteed. Applications for tickets after the closing date may not be accepted. The office will email a confirmation that your application has been received.
2. If the event is oversubscribed at the closing date, then a ballot for tickets will take place and the applicant will be advised of the outcome.
3. PLEASE NOTE – It is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain a list of names of all those on whose behalf they are ordering tickets.
4. REMEMBER – Tickets may only be ordered if the applicant has paid the WI for them. WI funds cannot be used to cover the cost of tickets not required.
5. CANCELLATION – Tickets may be cancelled before the event closing date without charge, otherwise all tickets have to be paid for.
6. All tickets ordered online along with any other instructions and an invoice will be sent to the WI Treasurer for distribution after the closing date.
7. Non-members, where applicable, may order tickets by printing this completed form and sending it to the Federation HQ together with a cheque payable to ‘SFWI’ for the full amount of tickets ordered and a self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets and instructions. Individuals may also apply in this way.
8. REMINDER – Members are reminded that they take part in all events at their own risk.
